Returns & Defective Product Policy
Distritech requires all vendors to accept responsibility for defective or damaged products, regardless of finaldestination, and to issue credit notes or replacements accordingly.

Shipping Damage Responsibility
If Distritech receives goods with visible or concealed shipping damage-and the vendor arranged theshipment-we will request a return shipping label, or return the goods using our own shipping account andrequest a full credit memo for the affected units.
