I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you today to provide an important update regarding our Financial and Operational Policies at Distritech. As you are aware, we have always strived to maintain a strong business relationship with our clients, prioritizing both quality service and clear communication.
Financial Policy Update: In light of recent economic conditions and the corresponding increase in our financing expenses, we have found it necessary to reassess our financial terms. After careful consideration, we have decided to implement a small change that will ensure thecontinued provision of the high-quality services you have come to expect from us.
Starting from June 15th, 2023, we will begin applying a 1.5% monthly interest charge on all past due balances. Please note that this rate is in compliance with the maximum permitted by law, and this interest will only be applied to accounts that are not settled within our standard payment term.
We kindly encourage you to review your account status and settle any outstanding balances before the implementation of this new policy to avoid any additional charges.
Operations Policy Updates: Effective immediately, we have implemented a new process to streamline our order fulfillment and ensure accurate and efficient allocation of merchandise. To facilitate this process, we now require the submission of a Purchase Order (PO) or signed Distritech Sales Order within two (2) business days of order confirmation for all orders placed through our Key Account Managers. This policy does not apply for online orders placed through our ecommerce platform.
Once the order is confirmed and the product is available, there will be a 7-day limit to pick up or ship the order to the Freight Forwarder of your preference.
Please note that any orders not picked up or shipped out within the designated time frame may be subject to cancellation or restocking fees. To avoid any inconvenience or additional charges, we kindly request your cooperation in picking up your orders or approving delivery promptly once notified of their readiness.
