We offer the Website, including all information and services available from the Website to you conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access our Website.

INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE

We try to be as accurate as possible with information we present, but we are not responsible if information made available is not accurate, complete, or error-free. We cannot confirm the availability or price of an item until you place your order. Despite our best efforts, sometimes an item in our catalog may not be available, the offer may have been misstated, or an item may be mispriced. For any of these reasons, at our discretion we may cancel your order or we may contact you for instructions on the order.

SALES AND RETURNS

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited.

Sales made through our website are final and are generally not eligible for return.  For products ordered and not yet shipped, we charge a restocking fee of 10% to cancel your order. 

All invoices are due and payable in full within the date of invoice, regardless of the US Federal Reserve Bank Holiday Schedule or similar foreign bank holidays (“Due Date”). For purposes of delivering any payment by the required Due Date, such payment shall be posted or settled in the designated Distritech account no later than the Due Date. Customer acknowledges and understands that Distritech does not offer any revolving type of credit account nor is Distritech in a position to offer account holders any carryover of unpaid balances. Payment is due within the term expressed in the sales order. Please be aware that any amount not paid by the Due Date as set forth above (“Past Due Amount”), is subject to a finance charge equal to a 1.5% monthly interest rate, accruing daily and compounding monthly, and continuing each month thereafter until the Past Due Amount is paid
in full.

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA): Please note that the ETA of your order may be affected by any delays in payment. To clarify, the ETA countdown begins from the moment we receive the client's payment. While we strive to provide accurate ETAs, unforeseen circumstances such as shipping delays or inventory issues may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Order Preparation: It's important to note that any prepaid order will only be processed and prepared after we have received full payment from the client. Once payment is confirmed, our team will begin the process of preparing your order for shipment. Please allow adequate time for processing and preparation before your order is dispatched.

In the event of default in payment, the amount due shall be reported to all credit insurance agencies and the customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including fees of any collection agency or reasonable attorney fees. No terms or conditions hereof may be changed without the written consent of Distritech.

If you receive a product in “new” condition that is not functional, please reach out to our Customer Service team for further assistance.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.  You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password used to access your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example, contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. By using our Website, you agree that the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and apply to any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Distritech.  If federal jurisdiction exists, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the federal courts in the Southern District of Florida. If federal jurisdiction does not exist, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state courts seated in Miami, FL.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

You may use this site for your personal, noncommercial use only. You may not use this website if you are under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
